If you'd like to see a mock-up before we start creating your custom item, simply let us know! We’re happy to provide a digital mock-up via email to ensure everything looks just right. Once we have your personalization details, just reach out, and we'll send over the mock-up for your approval. If you need any adjustments, we’re more than happy to make them until it’s perfect for you!

Can I customize an order beyond what’s offered on the website?
